(Dick) Huffman, aged 83, prominent Morris Township farmer and stockman, died Wednesday morning, Oct. 13, 1943, at 9 oÕclock at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Thomas Ealy, of Nineveh, R. D. 1. Mr. Huffman had been ill for two weeks and death was due to ailments incident to his advanced years. A lifelong resident of Morris Township, he was born February 5, 1860, on a farm near Time where he spent all his life as a farmer and stock raiser. He was a son of William and Margaret Stewart Huffman, and was married in 1882 to Margaret Wise, who survives. Mr. Huffman was a member of the Union Valley Methodist Church for more than 50 years and took an active part in affairs of the church. Besides his wife he leaves two sons and one daughter: Hestel Huffman, of Waynesburg; Mrs. Bessie Ealy, of Nineveh, R. D. 1, and Arthur Huffman, of Washington, R. D. 6. One son, Stewart Huffman, died in 1907. There are 11 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren. One sister, Miss Ada Huffman, also survives. HUFFMAN - Funeral services for R. S. (Dick) Huffman, of Nineveh, R. D. 1, who died Wednesday, Oct. 13, 1943, will be held Friday, Oct. 15, at 2 p. m., at the Union Valley Methodist Church, near Time, with Rev. Lester Peters in charge. Interment will be in Rosemont Cemetery, Rogersville. Friends will be received at the Ralph H.
