Wednesday, November 28, after an illness of only a few days. He spent nearly all his life in East and West Finley townships, where he had been engaged as a thresher for 50 years. He had been superintendent of the West Finley cemetery for about two years. He is survived by his wife and the following children: I. N. Sprowls, John W. Sprowls, Mrs. R. L. (sic) McGuier and Mrs. George Hopkins, of Washington, and J. O. Sprowls, of Waynesburg; Harry, Stanley, Reedy, and Goldie Sprowls at home. The funeral party left the Wyat SprowlsÕ home at noon today and services were held in the Fairmount church at 1:00 p. m. The interment was made in the Fairmount cemetery.
