 SPROWLS.
  Nelson Sprowls died at his home in West Finley township, Washington county, Sept. 7 aged 76 years. He was a well known and highly respected citizen. He had been married twice, his first wife being Elizabeth Lucas, his second wife, who yet survives was formerly Jane Trussell. He leaves several children by his first marriage. The funeral services were held at Windy Gap C. P. church, conducted by Rev. R. C. Byers, pastor, Rev. S. R. Morris, of West Union, and Rev. Wilson.
