 WILLIAM N. ACKLIN
  Beallsville, Feb. 19. - William Nelan Acklin, aged 67 years, died yesterday morning early at his home here. Mr. Acklin was born in Luzerne township, Fayette county, November 22, 1856, and was a son of William and Mary Ann Nelan Acklin. He had resided in Beallsville for about 18 years. In politics, Mr. Acklin was a Democrat. He was a member of the Methodist Episcopal church. On June 20, 1878, Mr. Acklin married Florence N. Covert, who died in 1890. Five children, all of whom survive, were born to this union. Mr.. Acklin was married to Jessie Porter, of Washington, June 17, 1912, who survives. The surviving children follow: Mrs. William Dearth, Mrs. Cleaver Hormell and W. A. Acklin, of South Brownsville; Mrs. I. P. Faddis, Morgantown, and I. C. Acklin, of Springfield, Mass. Funeral services will be held at the Acklin home Tuesday afternoon at 2:30 oÕclock. Interment will be in the Beallsville cemetery.
