 The following is from posting No. 1051 on the Rinehart Family Genealogy Forum ("Orphan's Court - Rinehart's: Hannah, Elizabeth, Arthur, Levi,Wm, Jos., &Jesse") posted by Anne Winters on February 09, 2003.
  Orphan's Court Dockets Vol. 1 1799-1832, Greene County, PA
  Sept. 3, 1804
 On the petition of William Reinhart, Joseph Reinhart , and Jesse Reinhart who are minors above the age of fourteen years setting forth that their father, Thomas Reinhart is dead and left them by Will a Considerable Estate Real and personal and praying the Court to appoint Barnet Reinhart Senior, Shadrack Mitchel guardians of their persons and property.
  Whereupon the Court appoints Shadrack Mitchell guardian of the said William Rinehart, Barnet Reinhart Junior and James Porter guardians of the said Joseph Reinhart and James Porter guardian of the said Jesse Reinhart.
  And on the petitition of William Inghram one of the executors of Thomas Rinehart deceased setting forth that Hannah Elizabeth Arthur and Levi Reinhart children of the said deceased are minors under the age of fourteen years their said father having by will left them some estate and praying the court to appoint guardians of their persons and estates.
  Whereupon the Court appoints Shadrack Mitchell guardian of the said Hannah Elizabeth Arthur and Levi Reinhart.
