 Husband and location of residence from Greene County Deed Book 9, page 275 1/2, in which she and her husband sold one undivided seventh part of a certain tract of land situate in Franklin Township Greene County adjoining lands of Thomas Inghram, William Inghram, Andrew Lantz and others containing in the whole about 193 acres (Being the same piece of land which was bequeathed to the children of Joseph Porter by the last Will and Testament of James Porter deceased) to Armstrong Porter and Hiram Porter for and in consideration of the sum of $260. March 25, 1839

 RINEHART.
  Mrs. Maria Rinehart, widow of Hiram Rinehart, deceased, died at the home of Mordecai Shriver, Monday May 27, aged 77 years. She had been ill but little more than a week, with pneumonia and heart trouble. She was a highly respected woman and leaves three daughters, Mrs. John M. Scott and Mrs. J. Mad Scott of near Waynesburg and Mrs. Jonas Milliken, of Des Moines, Iowa. The funeral was held Wednesday at 10 a. m.

 RINEHART.
  Mrs. Mariah Rinehart, relict of Hiram Rinehart, deceased died Monday evening, May 27, Ô95, aged a little over 77 years. She had been sick about two weeks of heart trouble and pneumonia. She was living at the time of her death with Mordecai Shriver. The interment took place on Wednesday following. Funeral services were conducted by Revs. Wallace and Phillips.

  Note: Her age at death puts her date of birth at November 24, 1818, which conflicts with that listed in "The Tenmile Country and Its Pioneer Families" by Howard L. Leckey (pages 317 and 323). This record of her age at death also conflicts with that from "Cemetery Records of Greene County, Pennsylvania, Volume 5, Franklin and Morris Townships", compiled by Dorothy T. Hennen for the Cornerstone Genealogical Society, Waynesburg, Greene County Pennsylvania (page 293), which is given as 76 ys. 6 ms. 5 ds. This later record also says that this Rinehart Graveyard is located on the Ross Scott farm)
