  THIS INDENTURE made the second day of November Anno Domini one thousand eight hundred and thirty five between Arthur I. Rinehart of Trunball (sic) County in the State of Ohio and Nancy his wife of the one part and Armstrong Porter of Greene County Pennsylvania of the other part.
 WITNESSETH that the said Arthur I. Rinehart and Nancy his wife for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred and fifteen dollars unto them in hand paid before the execution hereof the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted, bargained and sold and by these presents do grant, bargain and sell, alien, release and confirm unto the said Armstrong Porter his heirs and assigns one undivided seventh part of a certain tract of Land situate in Franklin township Greene County aforesaid adjoining Lands od (sic) William Hill, William Inghram Arthur Inghram and others containing in the whole about one hundred and ninety three acres (Being the same piece of land which was bequested to the children of Joseph Porter by the last Will and testament of james Porter deceased) together with all and singular the rights, privileges, hereditaments and appurtenances whatsoever to the said undivied (sic) seventh part of said tract of Land belonging or in any wise appertaining and all the estate right, title, interest, property, possession claim and demand whatsoever both at law and in equity of them the said Arthur and Nancy his wife (which Nancy is one of the seven children of said Joseph Porter) of in and to the same and every part thereof. To have and to hold the same unto the said Armstrong Porter his heirs and assigns to and for his and their only proper use benefit and behoof forever. And the said Arthur and Nancy his wife do hereby covenant and agree to warrant and defend said undivided seventh part of said piece of land unto the said Armstrong Porter his heirs and assigns forever against all lawful claims whatever. In testimony whereof they have hereunto set their hands and seals the day and year first above written.

Rinehart and Nancy his wife and acknowledged the within Indenture to be their act and deed Nancy the wife having been by me first examined separate and apart from her husband and after being made fully acquainted with the contents of the written Indenture acknowled (sic) she executed the same voluntarily and freely without coercion or compulsion on the part of her husband. Given under my hand and seal the second day of November A. D. 1835.

  The cemetery is located in Glaize Township: Section 16, Township 39 North, Range 14 West, Miller County, MO.
  Take Hwy 42 at 54 Jct. in Osage Beach, going toward Brumley, MO. At Brumley take Hwy C, going north towards Ulman, going 3 miles to the cemetery, which is on the right. This cemetery is well tended.
