Mary Berryhill May
Mary Berryhill May, 73, of 277 Hillcrest Avenue, Waynesburg, died at 6:30 a. m. Tuesday, September 25, 1990, in her home after being ill for the past six weeks.
She was born February 26, 1917, in Waynesburg, a daughter of Albert B. and Alice Robinson Berryhill.
Mrs. May lived her entire life in Waynesburg. She was a 1934 graduate of Waynesburg High School and was employed several years at the former G. C. Murphy Co. store in Waynesburg.
Mrs. May was a member of First United Methodist Church of Waynesburg and the United Methodist Women of the church.
She is survived by her husband, Francis (Dutch) May, whom she married November 14, 1936; a stepson, Richard L. May of Dubois; six stegrandchildren; three stepgreat-grandchildren; three sisters, Mrs. Estella Hatfield, Mrs. Ralph (Peg) Porter and Mrs. Lloyd (Nelda) Tennant, all of Waynesburg; two brothers, George A. Berryhill and Samuel T. Berryhill, both of Waynesburg; and several nieces and nephews.
A brother, Charles R. (Buck) Berryhill, is deceased.
