 M. E. SPROWLS, LIFE
 LONG RESIDENT OF
 WEST FINLEY, DEAD
  M. E. Sprowls, aged 51 years, a lifelong resident of West Finley township, died this morning at 7 o'clock at his home, after an illness of about 13 years, of cancer. For the past year Mr. Sprowls had been confined to his home. The cancer was located in the corner of one eye. Up until the post (sic) year he was able to go about his work as usual, but since that time he has been confined to his home. For two years he served as township supervisor, but resigned from this position two years ago on account of poor health. The funeral services will be held Friday afternoon at 1 o'clock. Interment in the West Finley cemetery.
