 Knox
  Clyde M. Knox, 68, of Claysville, R. D. 1, died unexpectedly at 4:30 p. m. Sunday, January 23, 1977, in his home.
  He was born September 17, 1908, a son of Dr. Frank Knox, Sr., and Frances Woodburn Knox, and spent his entire life in the Claysville area. He was a member of the Claysville United Presbyterian Church, where he was president of the Fellowship Class.
  Mr. Knox was employed by Jessop Steel Corp. as a security guard before his retirement in 1973, and had followed farming for 40 years. He served as zoning officer for East Finley Township. He was married December 19, 1935, to Dorothy Post, who survives.
 Also surviving are two sons, George E. and Charles P., both of Claysville; two daughters, Mrs. Sonny (Frances) Moorehead, Claysville, R. D. 1 and Mrs. Thomas (Cynthia) Munnell, San Antonio, Tex.; 10 grandchildren and one brother, Frank L. Knox, Jr., Claysville, R. D. 1. Two brothers and one sister are deceased.
  KNOX - Friends of Clyde M. Knox, Claysville, R. D. 1, who died Sunday, January 23, 1977, will be received from 2-4 and 7-9 p. m. Tuesday in the Howard V. Ferrell Funeral Home, Main Street, Claysville, where services will be held at 3 p. m. Wednesday, January 26, in charge of the Rev. John Lyons of the First Christian Church of Claysville. Burial will be in the Claysville Cemetery.
