  Mrs. Lillian V. Porter, 94, of 489 Castle Shannon Boulevard, Pittsburgh, formerly of Beallsville, died at 9:45 a.m. Saturday, December 10, 1977, in the Baptist Home, Pittsburgh.
  She was born January 19, 1883 (NOTE: THE YEAR OF BIRTH CONFLICTS WITH INFORMATION FOUND IN OTHER SOURCES), in Millsboro, the daughter of the late Newton and Sara Elizabeth Giles Blackburn.
  She was a member of the First Baptist Church, Washington.
  Mrs. Porter was the last of her immediate family.
  Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Therlyn (Mildred) Sprowls of Beallsville, with whom she once made her home; three grandchildren, James T. Sprowls of State College, William C. Sprowls of Mentor, Ohio, Sherry Lee Wyels of Indiana, Pa. and six great-grandchildren.
  Her husband, William Clarence Porter, died January 7, 1933.
  PORTER - Friends of Mrs. Lillian V. Porter of 489 Castle Shannon Boulevard, Pittsburgh, formerly of Beallsville, who died Saturday, December 10, 1977, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday and Monday in the Greenlee Funeral Home, Beallsville. Services in charge of the Rev. J. S. Pifer will be held in the funeral home at 1 p.m. Tuesday, December 13. Burial in Washington Cemetery.
