Her given name and middle initial are listed as "Elizabeth M" in this record. -------------------- MRS. ELIZABETH M. RINEHART Mrs. Elizabeth M. Rinehart, widow of J. I. Rinehart, deceased, died at her home on East Wayne street, Monday morning, April 17, at 6:30. She had been in usual health the day previous and her death was unexpected. Mrs. Rinehart was 86 years of age and was one of the oldest residents of Waynesburg. She was born in Franklin township, Greene county, being a daughter of Arthur and Rebecca Rinehart, deceased. She was united in marriage in 1858 with J. I. Rinehart, whose death occurred in September, 1905. Mrs. Rinehart had resided all her life in and near Waynesburg and was the last of a family of eight children. Since girlhood she had been a member of the Coallick Methodist Protestant church, her parentsÕ home being the usual stopping place for ministers. She is survived by eight children: T. F. Rinehart, J. G. Rinehart, Jacob A. Rinehart, Misses Anna, Ruth and Love Rinehart, Mrs U. G. Inghram and Mrs. Thomas J. Inghram, of Waynesburg. Funeral services were held from the home on Tuesday afternoon at three oÕclock, conducted by Rev. J. M. Mealy, of Sewickley, Pa., formerly pastor of the Presbyterian church, here. It had been expected to have Rev. David Jones, of the M. P. church, conduct the services, as he was Mrs. RinehartÕs pastor more than half a century ago, but he could not be present. Interment in Green Mount cemetery.
