  And now, May 2, 1955, Petition for Letters of Administration c. t. a. filed. LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT I, Mary G. Porter of Waynesburg, County of Greene and State of Pennsylvania being of sound mind, memory and understanding, do make and publish this, my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
 First. I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid and satisfied, as soon as conveniently may be, after my decease.
 I leave to my brother Clarence L. Porter my entire estate both real and personal. In case he should not survive me, I leave my estate to his two sons - William David and John Richard Porter of 15742 Oakfield Ave, Detroit Mich. to share alike.
 I do hereby make, constitute and appoint Clarence L. Porter of 15742 Oakfield Ave Detroit (27) Mich. to be Executor of this my last Will and Testament.
 IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I, Mary G. Porter the testat_ above named, have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal, the ninth day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred 46.

 That they have carefully examined the paper writing of the said Mary G. Porter, purporting to be her last will and testament, bearing date of May 9, 1946, as well as the signature of the said Mary G. Porter thereto, and that they believe the said signature thereto is the proper handwriting of the said Mary G. Porter, and that his (her) signature thereto is genuine.

 Weaver Funeral Home records (No. 2136) at the Cornerstone Genealogical Society in Waynesburg, Pennsylvania indicate she was born in Center Township on 12-24-1886 and died 4-29-1955. She is listed as single and living at 495 N. Maiden Street. Her full name is listed as Mary Goldie Porter in this record.

 MARY G. PORTER
  Miss Mary G. Porter, 69, of 495 North Maiden street, Waynesburg, died at her home on Friday, April 29, 1955 at 1 p.m. after a six month illness.
  Born Dec. 24, 1886 (NOTE: THE YEAR OF BIRTH CONFLICTS WITH THAT LISTED IN THE 1900 FEDERAL CENSUS) in Center Township, near Hopewell, Greene County, she was a daughter of Levi and Lennie Bradford Porter. She never married, and has lived at her late home in Waynesburg since 1903.
  She is survived by one brother, Clarence L. Porter of Detroit, Mich. Her only sister, Viola, the late wife of W. Kenneth Scott of Waynesburg, preceded her in death. She is also survived by 4 nephews and one niece.
  The deceased was a member of the James Farrell Post No. 330 of Waynesburg.
  PORTER - Funeral services for Miss Mary G. Porter of 495 North Maiden street, Waynesburg, who died Friday, April 29, 1955 will be held Sunday, May 1, at 4 p. m. from the Weaver Funeral Home, West High Street, Waynesburg, in charge of Rev. Earl B. King. Interment will be in Greene (sic) Mount Cemetery. Friends will be received at the funeral home after 5 p. m. Saturday (today).
