Saturday at the Dickey Nursing Home as the result of complications that followed several months illness. Mrs. (sic) Breese was born March 11, 1877, in Green (sic) County, Pennsylvania, and was the son of Elmus and Catherine Breese. He married Icie May Morris on March 11, 1898. Mrs. Breese died Sept. 17, 1946. On Oct. 27, 1947, Mr. Breese married Mrs. Nell Wilhoite, who died Feb. 2, 1955. He was a member of the Grace Methodist Church and was a retired farmer. Surviving are two sons, Dick Breese, St. Louis, Mo.; and Henry Breese Jr., Pensacola, Fla.; two daughters, Mrs. Merl Sigler, Elwood, and Mrs. Francis (sic) Miller, Lafayette; a sister, Mrs. Margaret Ewing, Washington, Pa.; eight grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren. Funeral services were conducted at 2 p. m. Tuesday at the Grace Methodist Church with the Rev. Maurice E. Kessler officiating. Burial was in the Elwood City Cemetery. The Copher and Fesler Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. Survivors include: two sons, Richard of St. Louis, Mo., and Henry Breese Jr. of Pensecola (sic), Fla.; two daughters, Mrs. Merl Sigler, Elwood and Mrs. Frances Miller, Lafayette, a sister, Mrs. Margaret Ewing, Washington, Pa.; eight grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
