FRANKLIN PORTMAN, aged about 19 years, son of George Portman, who married a Miss Whiton and moved to La. about 25 years ago (both of whom died of cholera); last heard of Franklin was that he was in St. Helene Parish, La. His grandfather, John Portman, Bellefontaine, Miss. wanted to know of his whereabouts.
