It shows Pilgrim Ref'd Church lots, as well as properties of Valentine & Philip Leonard. To the NW of the church, is George Hege, father of Barbara Hege, wife of John Peter Leonard s/o Valentine Leonard. This family was killed/captured by Indians when Capt Bird's Rangers and a large Indian party attacked Ruddell's Station, near current Cynthiana, KY 24 Jun 1780. Hundreds were captured and taken to Detroit. I suspect my 4th great grandfather Malachi Hamm may have been one them. He was son to Jacob Hamm, an executor of Valentine Leonard's will. Jacob Hamm lived SE of Pilgrim's Church and the other executor, Philip "Saer" more correctly Sowers or Sauers, lived north of the church. This map seems to be located just NE of Lexington and SW of Thomasville. Of course the Leonards and others may have owned additional property off map. (I know that Jacob Hamm arrived Abbott's Creek in 1762 or before, and while he and 2 sons signed the Oath of Allegiance, at least three sons--Andrew, Malachi and Jacob Jr--had Tory sympathies.)
