a. Note:   Duard Earl Foster
  Duard Earl "Radio" Foster, 81, of Belfast, died Saturday, May 2, 2009, at his residence.
  Mr. Foster was a native of Marshall County and was a member of Hardins Chapel Church of Christ. He was retired from Heil-Quaker Corporation after 40 years of service in the maintenance department.
  He was preceded in death by his parents, Guy Foster and Mae Tom Willis Foster, and brothers, W.H. and Rufus Foster.
  He is survived by his wife, Gladys Foster, daughter, Margaret Foster, and sons, Randy and D.E. Foster Jr., all of Marshall County; and grandchildren, Justin, Derrick, Guy, and Lynn Foster.
  Funeral services were conducted Monday, May 4, from the chapel of Bills-McGaugh Funeral Home with Ron Kleine officiating, followed by burial in Short Cemetery in the Spring Place Community.
  The pallbearers were Justin Foster, Derrick Foster, Guy Foster, Ray Church, Jimmy Foster, and Terry Woodard.
