 Corydon Democrat - June 24, 1908
 Mrs. Mary Ann Marsh died Sunday evening at the home of her son, Jesse M. Marsh
 about three miles north of New Albany. She was eighty years old abd was p aralyzed
 nearly four years. The remains were brought to Corydon Monday and taken to
 Perseverance chapel for burial yesterday. The funeral was conducted by Rev. E. G.
 Jann, of New Mid
 dletown. She had been a member of the Methodist church for fifty
 years and was a good woman.
 She is survived by an aged husband, John Marsh, and five sons, George Shuck, of
 Illinois,
 James H. and Jesse M. Marsh, of Floyd county, and Charles Marsh, of
 Nebraska. Also three daughters, Mrs. Benjamin Pearson and Mrs. Dan Rhodes
 (Rebecca J. Marsh Rhodes) of this county, and
 Mrs Sebastion Gunthert, of Louisville.
 Mr and Mrs. Marsh went on a visit to her son's about two weeks ago and she became
 ill and died at his home. Their home is about six miles south of Cory
 don.
