  In the name of God amen, I WILLIAM ROWE of the Parish of All Saints, knowing that it is appointed unto all men to die, Do hereby make this my Last Will and Testament in manner and form following
 Vizt. It is my will and desire that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid.
 Item I do hereby give and bequeath unto my wife SARAH ROWE for and during the term of her natural life all my Negroes (except the fellow Smart whom I bequeath unto my son THOMAS NELSON ROWE) the Negroes viz. my fellows Abram and Smart, my
 wenches old Lucy and Phoebe and should they be recovered at law, my wenches Susy, ____, Catherine and Mary to have and to hold to her the said SARAH ROWE for and during the term of her natural life as aforesaid. But should any other children
 be born during my marriage to her the said SARAH, then at her decease, and not before, each child or children together with the said THOMAS NELSON ROWE shall inherit the aforesaid property share and share alike without any kind of distinction
 whatever.
 The said fellow Smart above bequeathed to be considered as part of the share of the said THOMAS NELSON ROWE.
 In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal, first appointing my beloved wife SARAH, executrix, and my friends SAMUEL BRUTON, NIELL McMILLAN AND WILLIAM G. BELLAMEE, executors to this my Last Will and Testament this (blank)
