a. Note:   In the Kirkendall Cemetery, location is on Road I-14, just off State Route 115, at the Victor Verhoff Farm. You have to park your car at the house, and walk behind the shed, down a ravine and up a hill in a woods. This was a family plot cemetery. When the land was deeded over in 1874, there was mention of several acres and one acre for a cemetery. Stones are in very bad shape. At the time of the burials the land would have belonged to Benjamin and Sarah Kirkendall. [Greensburg Twp. Putnam Co. OH]
