Don_L_Boyd Posted: 6 Jul 2005 5:53PM GMT I am researching the Faulhabers of Seneca County, Ohio, and I have (a) some good ancestral information, and (b) some conflicting information regarding the Capt. Philip Faulhaber, killed at the Battle of Chickasaw Bayou (Vicksburg). I'd like to compare notes and see what can be confirmed about these Faulhabers. The Faulhaber family I am researching came from the village of Thaleischweiler in the Palatinate (now Rhein-Pfälz, Germany). The immigrants were Isaak Jakob Faulhaber (b.1788), married to Anna Luisa Munzinger of Bruchmühlbach (b.1788). Civil War Voluntary Infantry - Switzer soldiers from Wyandot Co.
