  In the Bankruptcy Court on Wednesday, His Honor Mr. Justice Douglas ordered that a sequestration order issue in respect of the estate of William Henry Fullerton, of Mt. Fox, near Ingham, laborer, on the petition of Charles Riedrich, of Lannercost, near Ingham, laborer, a creditor, who set out that the debtor was indebted to him in the sum of 137p 12s 6d. Mr. R. G. Little was appointed Official Receiver of the estate (F. J. O'Sullivan and Ruddy, solicitors for the petitioning creditor).

  The funeral of the late Charles Riedrich, dearly beloved husband of Minnie Gertrude Riedrich, of 40A Grendon Street, North Mackay, and beloved father of Mrs. R. F. Farrell, of Melbourne, and Mrs. M. Gillett, of Brisbane, beloved step-father of Mrs. E. Mischlewsyky, of Ayr, and Alfred Wilton, of Brisbane, will move from the Methodist Church, Gregory Street, at 2 p.m. this day for the Mackay Cemetery. The funeral service will commence at 1.50 p.m. Friends will please accept this intimation and invitation.
