Helm, P.M., the newly appointed Magistrate for this district took his seat on the Camden Bench for the first time on Tuesday, 10th inst., when the following cases were heard. Driving Without Lights. Camden Municipal Council proceeded against Thomas Watson and Frederick George Boardman for driving vehicles without lights on a public thoroughfare between the hours of sunrise and sunset.
