Note: ------------------------ Hazel Price was a very attractive young woman and took great pride in her appearance. She loved a good time and enjoyed gatherings with family and friends. She loved music and would never refuse a request to play the piano, sing and entertain those around her. Later in life she purchased an organ and would spend many an hour setting up the background beats and playing her favourite old time tunes. She had a very dry sense of humour. Hazel also loved the outdoors and nature and enjoyed the view of the river from the back of her home. She would often watch and name the many varieties of birds that frequented the bushland area. She and her husband Cyril loved their animals and owned a few different varieties of dogs. One in particular was a favourite named Champ. Not only did Hazel love her music and nature, but she also had a passion for art and joined a local art group. She converted the back of their garage at Picnic Point into an art studio. She had many of her paintings and sculptures scattered around her small home.
