  OBITUARY
  Miss Mary Gunnell, of High Street, Penrith, died in hospital on Thursday morning, 19th inst. She was the twin sister of Miss Bridget Gunnell, who died on March 13, 1941. They resided in High Street for many years and were members of a well-known district family.
 The funeral took place on Friday, 20th inst, proceeding to the Catholic Cemetery, Cranebrook. The last rites were conducted by Father Reilly.

  IN the Supreme Court of New South Wales, Probate Jurisdiction,-In the Will of MARY GUNNELL, late of Penrith, in the State of New South Wales, Spinster, deceased. Application will be made after 14 days from the publication hereof that Probate of the last Will and Testament dated 20th March, 1941, of the abovenamed deceased may be granted to ALBERT EDWARD BAKER, the sole Executor named in the said Will, and all persons having any claim against the Estate of the said deceased are hereby required to forward particulars thereof to the undersigned within the said period, and all notices may be served at the undermentioned address, Arthur J. Mcdonald, BAKER & BAKER, Proctors for the Executor, 17 O'Connell Street, Sydney; and at Penrith.

Probate granted by the Supreme Court of New South Wales on the 5th October, 1945. Pursuant to the Wills Probate and Administration Act, 1898-1940, Testator's Family Maintenance and Guardianship of Infants Act, 1916-1938 and Trustee Act 1925-1942 ALBERT EDWARD BAKER., the Executor of the Will of the said MARY GUNNELL, who died on the 18th July, 1945, Hereby Gives Notices that Creditors and those having a claim against or to the Estate of the said Deceased are required to send particulars of their claims to the said Albert Edward Baker at 17 O'Connell Street, Sydney, on or before the 28th February, 1946, at the expiration of which time the said Executor will distribute the assets of the said Deceased to the persons entitled having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
