  Mr. Francis J. M'Carry, Coonamble.
Mr. Francis J .M'Carry, third son of Mr. Neil M'Carry, of Coonamble, died at his father's residence, Tooloon street, last week. Deceased was a married man, and leaves a widow and two children. He was one who by his quiet, unassuming manner and honourable conduct had earned the respect and esteem of all who knew him. He had by his own energy worked himself into a good position. At the time of his death he had one of the finest selections in these parts. During his long and painful illness, which he bore with much patience, he was attended by the Revs. Fathers O'Farrell and O'Donnell, who were present with him a few minutes before his death. The late Mr. M'Carry, who was 33 years of age, had resided here all his life, and was a favourite, not only with his neighbours, but with the general public. His widow (a daughter of Mr. Wm. Farrell, a well-known and highly-respected resident) and two children will possess much sympathy in the loss they have sustained through the death of a tender husband and indulgent father. The funeral was largely attended, the Oddfellows, of which body deceased was a member, joining the mournful procession. The interment took place in the Catholic portion of the old cemetery, the Rev. Fathers J. C. O'Farrell and E. P. O'Donnell officiating at the grave. The coffin was covered with beautiful wreaths. - R.I.P.
