Notes
a. Note:   Residence:
Elsie's mother died in 1910 and she lived with her grandparents William and Elizabeth Betts at 28 Kitchener Road, Great Yarmouth. Her Father moved to Brighton where he met his second wife and then Elsie lived with them both in Brighton.
Address prior to Marriage 1938 - 31 Carisbrooke Road, Brighton
 Address 1938-1953 - 14 Carlyle Avenue, Brighton
  Name:
Elsie's birth Certificate shows Elsie Cubitt the last name of her grandfather William S Cubitt.
William S had a partner Harriett Mary Ann Keeler and they appear not to have married..
The name Cubitt was later dropped and Elsie's name was then just Keeler. She may not have known she once had the name Cubitt because she never talked about it.
Elsie's Father William John was born with the last name Keeler and listed in 1891 and 1901 census as Keeler but he adopted the last name Cubitt Keeler when he married Emily Betts in 1906. William retained this last name until at least 1911 census but later in life reverted to just Keeler.
  Memorial:
 Downs Crematorium, Brighton
 Rose 1150 Bed 21
See attached photo of floral tribute from grand children in the shape of a piano because of Elsie's love of playing the piano.
Met Reginald Parsons when she worked at Maynards, North Street, Brighton and he worked next door at George Eade & Son (gentleman's outfitters)
