Note:   Mrs Owen Cashion, one of New Norfolk's oldest residents, died yesterday at the residence of her daughter, Mrs J. Pegler, at Granton.
  Mrs Cashion was aged 82 years. She lived at New Norfolk all her life and was widely known. Her husband was employed by the Tasmanian Railways for nearly 40 years and lost his life in a crossing accident at Brighton.
  Surviving members of the late Mrs Cashion's family are Messrs J. Cashion (Plenty), H. Cashion (Hobart), L. Cashion (Macquarie Plains), Mrs J. Larkin (New Norfolk), Mrs J. Pegler (Granton). Mrs H. J. Laskey (New Norfolk), Mrs A.Brazendale (New Norfolk), Mrs J. Nation (New Norfolk).
