Note: Fleetwood Daley sought a divorce from his wife, Evelyn Daley, of New Norfolk, on the ground of desertion. He stated he was married in 1899 and lived with his wife for 21 years. On May 18, 1920, his wife left him. Up till that time the conditions between them were fairly satisfactory, but she then became friendly with a man named Graves. His wife told him on May 18 that she was going for three weeks holiday to Bellerive, but she did not return, and he had seen her only once since then. The decree nisi was granted.
