a. Note:   Aline was born at her grandparents (Brooks) home at 370 West North Avenue, Atlanta Georgia on December 9, 1901.
 Both Aline and her brother Steve Cunningham were baptized at the Holy Trinity Catholic Church in New Orleans on the same date, May 17, 1911. This baptism was brought about most likely instigated by May Borne, who was or would become Aline's step mother after May married Charles S. Cunningham.
  She became hard of hearing and later wore a hearing aid that had a long cord connected to a battery pack that she had to carry with her.
  Obituary: Baton Rouge Morning Advocate: Thursday, December 6, 1973. Trumbla, Mrs. Aline Lenore Died Saturday at Seventh Ward General Hospital in Hammond. She was 71, a native of Atlanta, Ga., and a resident of Ponchatoula. Harry McKneely and Son Funeral Home in Ponchatoula in charge of arrangements. Religious services at 10 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Burial in Ponchatoula Cemetery. She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Harry Klebs of Redondo Beach California, and Mrs. Johnny (Jane) Effler of Plymouth, Wis.: a son, Raymond Gainey of Thornton, Colo., a brother, Steve Cunningham of Lake Charles; six grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
