William Chambers was born in Pennsylvania May 8, 1800. Jun 19, 1828 he married Elizabeth Darner, who was born Oct 29, 1810. To this union were born; Robert Andrew; Hannah Ann; Benjamin Leroy; Catherine Jane; Tamar Ruth; Sarah Belle; Mary Elizabeth; Ellen J.; William Henry; and Lydia Samantha.
William Chambers died Oct 1, 1876 in Harmony Township, Morrow County, Ohio. Elizabeth Darner Chambers died Jul 29, 1894 and they are both buried in (Blackbird) Harmony Chapel Cemetery, Harmony Township, Morrow County, Ohio. Robert Andrew Chambers, born 8 Jun 1829, he married Ann V. Hankins, Oct 1854 Hannah Ann Chambers, born 23 Oct 1831, she married Henry B. Clark, 22 Nov 1855. Benjamin Leroy Chambers, born 18 Apr 1834, and married Mary Clark Aug 1861. They had an infant daughter who died 22 May 1862 and is buried in Harmony Chapel (Blackbird) Cemetery, Harmony Township, Morrow, Ohio. Catherine Jane Chambers, born 10 Dec 1836, Harmony Township, Morrow, Ohio and married Willis S. Gibbons 5 Sep 1856. He was born in Muskingum, the son of John and Anne Reaver Gibbons of Muskingum County, Ohio. Two sons were born to this union; William Gibbons; and John Melville Gibbons, born 22 May 1862 in Lincoln Township, Morrow County, Ohio. She next married Theodore C. Callihan, 12 Jun 1869. Theodore was born 1 Jun 1834 in Morrow, Ohio and died 5 Feb 1908. Burial was in Glendale Cemetery, Cardington, Morrow, Ohio. To this union two sons were born; Edgar and Clyde. Edgar Theodore Callihan was born 7 Nov 1870 in Morrow County, Ohio. Theodore Callihan at age 27 enlisted in Company J. 3rd. OVI Civil War and served 3 years. Catherine Chambers Gibbons Callihan died 31 Oct 1909, she and Theodore are buried in Glendale Cemetery, Cardington, Ohio. Tamar Ruth Chambers, born 5 Sep 1839 and 15 Mar 1866 married George W. Keysor who died 16 Feb 1908. They lived in Brooklyn, Iowa. Sarah Belle Chambers, born 7 May 1842 and 25 Apr 1865 married James Elson/Mary Elizabeth Chambers, born 7 Jul 1845 in Harmony Township, Morrow County, Ohio, she married Enoch Higgins.
