a. Note:   Robert E. James Robert E. James, 79, of Louisville, passed away Tuesday (November 2, 2004) at Jewish Hospital. He was raised in Henry County and later moved with his family to Louisville. He retired from General Electric after 33 years of service in the Quality Control Division. He was a Navy Veteran of WWII and a member of the Midlane Park Reformed Presbyterian Church.
 Mr. James is survived by his wife of 60 years: Ruth Lowe James; three daughters: Judith Goolsby and Monica Guenin, both of Louisville and Kimberly Bonitz, Ft. Myers, Florida; a son: Robert “Alan” James of Louisville and four grandsons: Matt Goolsby, Ryan and Justin Guenin and Mitchell Bonitz.
 Cremation was chosen. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, November 6, 2004 at the Midlane Park Reformed Presbyterian Church. Ratterman Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
