  Minutes of the Municipal Council of Lauffen, May 20, 1846.
 641. Eberhardt Allinger Shoemaker wants to emigrate with wife and 5 children to North America. His guarantor of emigration will be Jacob Saeufele from Besigheim [7 miles from Lauffen].
  According to a special document he and his wife resign for lifetime their rights of citizenship of the town of Lauffen as well as of the state [Wuerttemberg].
  He is given a certificate that his intentions will not be objected and that he may export 1000 florins.
