a. Note:   Edith, born 1870, died 13 Nov., 1908, aged 38 years, at Everett, unmarried.
  Listed in 1871 Canada census [enumerated 2 April] in father's household at Guysborough as Eddith Bigsby, aged 8/12, b. July, Baptist. [Roll C-10563; p. 20; Family 59] Listed in 1881 census as Edith I, 12.
  Death record gives single white female, about 38, residence 314 Ferry St, Everett, who died of gastroenteritis. Both she and parents [unknown] born in Prince Edward Island [sic]. Informant was Mrs. Annie Ross, Chelsea.
