  Probably the "Anna" Lever listed in the 1880 US Census, age 23, a servant in the household of Leonard Freed, Brookline, Mass., along with her sister Amelia. Emma lived the US and died in Boston, Suffolk, Mass. Their sister Annie stayed in England, married Harry Baker, and had six children born there.
  Letter dated Aug. 24, 1932, from James V. May, M.D., Superintendent, Boston State Hospital, Boston, Massachusetts, to Mr. George Beak, 85 Paris St., Everett, Mass.: "Dear Sir, I regret to notify you officially that Emma V. Lever died at this hospital at 6:50 A.M. on Aug. 22, 1932. The causes of death were Chronic Endocarditis and Generall Arteriosclerosis. Very sincerely yours, James May, Superintendent."
