Notes
a. Note:   From a newspaper clipping in the Bible of Mary Elizabeth [Bixby] White labeled July 1967:
Mark 50 Years of Marriage. Mr. and Mrs. Julian S. Weston of 2 Central Ave [Wakefield, Middlesex, Massachusetts] observed their 50th anniversary of their marriage Sunday at the Marguery in Ipswich. Twenty-three attended the celebration, held in advance of the actual anniversary date. The Westons were wed July 18, 1917, in a ceremony at the home of the bride [? Holbrook, Norfolk, Massachusetts]. The couple has three sons and eight grandchildren who were present at the anniversary celebration: Robert Weston and family of Bedford, Warren Weston and family of Needham, and Charles Weston and family of Pompton Plains, N. J. Guests also attended from Melrose. The couple received many gifts, flowers, and congratulatory messages. A special gift was a gold Paul Revere bowl containing an arrangement of yellow and white flowers. Among the congratulatory messages was a telegram from a niece in Oakland, Maine USA. Mrs. Weston is a life member of Harmony Chapter, OES, and both Mr. and Mrs. Weston are members of the First Parish Congregational Church. They have resided in Wakefield for 36 years. Mr. Weston, who is a member of the Congregational 9:29ers, is retired from B & B Chemical Co. in Middleton.*
