Notes
a. Note:   Nov. 18,1981 Eva Lingle's "request in case of an occasion where there would be a need
for a funeral ceremony for herself".
The ceremony to be conducted at her home church, Watts Pentecostal Holiness Church. With rev. Kermit Mullin preaching the sermon. (In case there is some hindrance where he can not be present then the pastor, Rev.
Gene Jones will be ministering.) Bro. Jones is to assist Bro. Mullin.
She, Sis. Lingle, desires that the church group to sing the following songs:
  1. I Want to Stroll Over Heaven with You &
 2. What a Day that Will Be.
This verse is to be read aloud:
"Weep not children for me for I will be waiting in
 Glory for thee."

Found today that Eva's middle name was Cleora. The name was never found on any documents that I have found; however, on the 1940 Census, Oklahoma, Adair, Chance, 1-4, Page 13 of 20, she is listed as Eva C. Lingle. I then called my Aunt Nina who said she was positive that the name was Cleora.
