 Luke Waldrop Jr, b. abt 1753, d. 1828 in Rutherford Co NC, where he hadsettled with his brother Jechonias. He m. Mary Henderson, dau of Samueland Mary Ann Henderson, of Laurens Dist, SC. The Hendersons are believedto have been a part of the Waldrop migration from Granville Co NC toLaurens and Newberry County South Carolina. Luke Waldrop Jr, left descendants inRutherford Co NC where he removed after 1782.
