Note: Mrs. Lewis was born September 4, 1918, in Greenup County, a daughter of the late Loyal and Alice Smith Stephens. She was a retired cook at Greysbranch Ele She was also preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Van Lewis, five brothers, William Stephens, Cl She is survived by two sons, Ronald Lewis of Madison, Ala., and James Lewis of Lloyd, three daughters, Mildred Charles of Lloyd, Erma Joyce Yingling of St. Cloud, Fla., and Mary Brigod Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, at First Baptist Church in Lloyd, by Jim Yates and Melvin Vansickle, ministers.
