a. Note:   n a house and 40 acres of land just to the north of Ensley for a time. This is the house, no longer standing where was born Lowell Perry's mother. Lowell can personally remember the house sometime in the late 1920's, and do no know just when it was razed. Note: This much of the story of Andrew O'Flynn and Persis Merritt has been extrapolated from Lowell's personal memory of stories told in his early childhood, a survey of gravestones at North Ensley Cemetery as recorded by Phyllis (Flynn) Barnes, and "Pioneer Parade" a community supported history of Ensley Township, compiled by a selected group of persons who traveled around Ensley gathering information from the descendents still residing in that area. Thaddeus is buried in the North Ensley Cemetery--Section E, Row 2, Lot # 15. Fanny rests beside him.
