 25. after named Shall stand possessed of my reall Estate in order to raise & pay with the profitts thence ariseing
 26. Such Legacies by me herein bequeathe & the over plus to Thomas Ball & Jenet wife of William Rymer
 27. Son and daughter of my brother Thomas Ball Share and share alike Equally to be distributed between
 28. them and If it happen Thomas Ball chance to die having no Lawful Issue Child or Children then I will that
 29. the half of my said Reall Estate to him herein bequeathed shall thence forward be paid to the said Jenet
 30. his sister or upon her decease to her Children & Lawfull Issue I do give allso to Thomas Ball above
 31. named one Large Brass pan all the rest of my goods & personall Estate I do give to Thomas Ball
 32. & Jenet Rymer Equally to be divided betwixt them Share & Share alike And it is my further
 33. will & mind that if any diference shall arise concerning the Selling Ordering & disposeing of my
 34. reall Estate betwixt the said Thomas Ball & Jenet his sister that my Executors hereafter named shall
 35. at their discretion set occupy & Dispose of the same rendering the profitts thence ariseing to them
 36. the said Thomas Ball Jenet his sister or to their Children as is above directed allso paying to my
