This is the last will and Testament 2. of me Thomas Howard of North Meols in 3. the County of Lancaster Husbandman which 4. I make ordain and publish this twelfth day 5. of August in the year of our Lord One Thousand 6. Eight Hundred and Twenty in manner following. 7. That is to say I order all my just debts living 8. expences and the charges of the probate of this 9. my Will to be paid out of my personal Estate 10. and as for and concerning my leasehold Estate 11. and the residue of my personal Estate and 12. also for and concerning any Estate or property 13. wherein or whereto I shall have any right title 14. or interest at the time of my decease I give 15. Devise and bequeath the same unto my Trustess 16. herein after named their heirs Executors Administrator 17. and assigns for ever or for all my estate and interest 18. therein respectively upon the trusts nevertheless 19. and for the intents and purposes herein 20. after mentioned or Declared of or concerning the same 21. that is upon trust that my trustees or the survivor 22. of them in the executors or administrators 23. of such survivor shall appropriate and apply 24. in the best manner they may think proper 25. all my personal property and all rents arising 26. from any Estate or Estates I may be possessed 27. of at the time of my Decease toward the maintenance of 28. my Widow and Children until the youngest 29. arrives at the age of twenty one years and after 30. that I will and bequeath the use or rents 31. arising from my Estate or Estates to my Widow 32. During her natural Life and at her Death 33. the whole of my property of whatever nature so 34. ever to be divided amongst my Children 35. who may survive her equally share and share 36. alike and if any of my Children should then 37. be dead and have left Issue by marriage then 38. it is my will that such children be entitled 39. to the share of their parents equally amongst 40. them and it is my will that if my Widow should 41. Marry again during the life time of any of my 42. children in that case she shall cease to be my Executor 43. and forfeit all right and interest in my real 44. a personal Estate Rents and other emoluments which 45. shall then be vested in my other Executer for the use 46. and benefit of my Children and I do hereby nominate 47. and appoint my beloved wife Betty Howard and 48. John Rymer of North Meols aforesaid Shop 49. Keeper to be the Executrix and Executer and trustees 50. of this my last will and Testament and I hereby 51. revoke all former and other Wills and Testamentary 52. writings by me at my desire heretofore made and 53.
