In the name of God amen I Richard Fazakerley of Sollom within Tarleton in 2. the County of Lancaster yeoman being weake and Infirm of body but of sound and 3. perfect mind and memory praised be God for the same I do make and ordaine this my 4. Last will and Testament in maner and forme following Being penitent and sory 5. for all my sins most humbly Desireing forgiveness for the same I comend my soul 6. to God that Gave it having Good hope through faith to Inherit Etternal life and 7. my Body I comit to the Earth to be Deciently Buried at the Discretion of my Executors 8. here after named and as to the settleing of my temporal Estate of such Goods and 9. Chattels as it hath pleased God to bestowe upon me I do order Give and Dispose 10. their on as followeth first I will and ordaine that all such Lawfull Debts as I shall 11. happen to owe at my Decease be truly pid to Gather with my funeral Expence and 12. probate of this my will all out of my personall Estate. I Give Devise and bequesth all the Remaining part of my personal Estate Equally 18. between my Wife and my son James Share and Share alike to them to be Devided then I 19. Give and bequeath to my said wife one half of the Croft two Aple trees … 20. which she calls her own and four Goosbery trees Dureing her life if she keep her self 21. unmarried. Then all the Remaineing part of my Tenement I Give and bequeath to 22. my Son James to Enter theiron at Candlemass next after my Decease with all my full 23. and tennantright their unto belonging upon this Condition mever the less that he pay his 24. mother the sum of four pounds a year and alow her houseroom and one busshel of 25. potatoes seting Every year and pay her one half of her newaly at Crismas and the 26. other half at may day but if my wife happen to marry then she shall goe Clear off and my 27. Son James shall pay her forty shillings a year dureing her life and at after her Decease 28.
