East from the South 1/4 corner of Section 22 T. 1, South, Range 21 East Boise Meridian, Thence East Approximately 120 ft. to the Southwest corner of Tax Lot No. 448; Thence North along the West boundary of Tax Lot 448,125 ft. thence West approximately 112 ft. to a point intersecting the above mentioned Highway Right of way Line, thence Southwesterly along the said Highway Right of Way, line approximately 126 ft. to the point of beginning.
