Wills and Adminisgrations. The Probate Registry at Chester 89048 Bond Will of Gilbert late of Birkdale par North Meols, Lancashire, England yeoman deceased Proved 28 September 1813 In the name of God Amen I GILBERT BOND of Birkdale in the Parish of North Meols, Lancashire, England in the County of Lancaster Yeoman do for the settling of my temporal concerns make and publish this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following First I order and direct that all my just debts funeral expences and the charge of the probate of this my last will shall be paid out of personal estate then I give and devise all that Messuage and tenement where I now live to my MOTHER CATHARINE BOND during her life provideing my term an Interest therein so long continue together with all my Goods and Chattles of what kind or nature what so ever during her life. And after the death of my MOTHER CATHARINE BOND I give and devise the said Messuage and Tenement in Birkdale aforesaid to my BROTHER THOMAS BOND together with the rest residu and remainder of my goods and Chattles as aforesaid to him and his Heirs Charged nevertheless with the following sums I give and Bequeth to my SISTER ANN WILSON the sum of Four pounds likewise to my BROTHER JAMES BOND the sum of Four pounds likewise to my Brother John Bond the sum of Four Pounds and to my SISTER ELLEN FAIRHURST the sum of Four pounds or for want of them to their lawful Issue which sums I order to be paid at the end of Twelve months next after the decease of my MOTHER CATHARINE BOND be my Brother Thomas Bond aforesaid out of my aforesaid property to each and every one of them as before mentioned And lastly I do hereby revoke and make void all other Will or Wills before made and do nominate and appoint my BROTHER THOMAS BOND and my NEIGHBOUR ROBERT SUTTON Executors of this my last will hoping as they will perform the same as on them I place my trust to the due exceution of the same to which I put my hand and Seal this twenty seventh day of November one Thousand eight hundred and eleven.
