He married MARY ELIZABETH RHODES 17 Dec 1868 in Ohio County, Kentucky, daughter of BENJAMIN RHODES and ELIZABETH ARNSPIGER. She was born 20 Nov 1850 in Kentucky, and died 21 Apr 1930 in Daviess County, Kentucky.
