Note: o soloist with the Swedish Choral Club of Chicago, will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday in St. Athanasius Catholic Church, 1615 Lincoln St., Evanston. Mrs. Power, a former Evanston resident, died Wednesday in Evansville, Ind., where she moved two years ago. She graduated from the University of Michigan School of Music, with further studies at the American Conservatory of Music. In 1934, in her first music contest, she won a Chicagoland Music Festival award, sponsored by The Tribune. Mrs. Power is survived by two daughters, Barbara Jones and Diane Burke; and four grandchildren.
