  Gensler cemetery is south of Brownstown, west of Luster Chapel church on farm of Cyril Slaughter, Vandalia Twp. (1975); Joseph has no grave marker, buried near Lewellyn Morton (half brother of Disbro's wife Josephine), Rachel Woosley (Disbro's mother-in-law), Fannie Woolsey (Disbro's sister-in-law), Clara Wantland (Disbro's dau),

 Our records show the marker of Lewellyn Morton: he is buried between Rachel Morton Woolsey, b 1842 died 22 Feb 1883 and Fannie Woolsey, infant, date of birth and death unknown. To the south of the Infant's burial, is that of Clara Wantland, b 2 Oct 1885, d 18 Apr 1887. In the next row to the West, one grave over (south) from that of Clara Wantland is that of Joseph A. Wantland, b 10 Mar 1819, d 27 Feb 1887. His death record incorrectly lists his place of burial as Haley Burial Ground.
  Joseph was the administrator for his mother-in-laws' (Nancy Shaw) estate, replacing Samuel Davis.
