In 1920, Mabel had sisters Mary and Gertrude living on Seventh St. in Springfield and sister Ruth living in nearby Mechanicsburg Twp. Sangamon Co. 1930 Census: Mabel Hall, 44, single, servant; living at 720 East Capitol Ave., Springfield, Illinois. (film T626_559, ED 34, p3A) Pekin Times, Dec 3, 1955 Rites Sunday for Miss Hall of Mason City Mason City--Services will be held at the Henderson -Jennings Funeral Home at 2 p.m. Sunday for Miss Mabel Hall who died in Peoria Thursday night. Miss Hall, ill for two years before her death, was born on ov. 14, 1885 in Chesterfield, Il.l, the daughter of James and Essie Corrington Hall. She was a member of the Greenfield Methodist Church. Surviving are three sisters, Mrs. Ruth Siegel, Chicago; Mrs. Gertrude Bugg, Elgin and Mrs. Velma Naffziger, of Decatur. A brother Woodruff Hall, also survives. Rev. Lloyd G. Strouse, Mason City Methodist pastor, will officiate at the services. burial will be Mason City Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home until time of services.
