Probate Case 2646, James Hight Administrator, 6 Feb 1900 Last Will and Testament of William Richardson I William Richardson being of sound mind and disposing mind and memory, do make publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament as follows. First, after my lawful debts are paid except the morgages on my real estate. Second, I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Salvena Richardson all of my personal property. Third, I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Salvena Richardson during her natural life the following Real Estate to wit, Lot three in Block No Thirteen (13) and lot Thirteen (13) in Block No. Fourteen (14) and Lots No One (1) and Two (2) in Block No Twenty One (21), all in the Railroad addition to Macon, situated in the County of Macon and State of Illinois. Also the following described premises situated in the County of Buena Vista and State of Iowa, to wit, the East Half (1/2) of the South East Quarter (S.E. 1/4) of Section Thirty (30) Township Ninety One (91) North Range Thirty Six (36) West 5th P.M. Fourth, I give and bequeath into my Grand Daughter Donna Richardson the sum of Five Dollars. Fifth, I give and bequeath into my gradson John Henry Roy Richardson the sum of One Hundred Dollars to be paid to him when he becomes of age or when my Estate is settled up. Seventh, it is my desire and wish that at the death of my beloved wife Salvena Richardson that all of my Real Estate be sold and that all my estate be divided equally share and share alike namely, George W. Richardson, Mary Cotner, Hattie Mathias, James Richardson, Edward Richardson, Charles Richardson, Minnie Burt and Annie Woods and that Stella Tietze and William Tietze receive Emma Tietze deceased share in my estate. I hereby appoint Salvena Richardson and James L. Hight to be Executors of my Last Will and Testament, thereby revoking and cancelling all former wills made by me. Filed April 19, 1900. The Daily Review, Decatur 24 Feb 1900 Macon- William Richardson died at his home in this city Friday morning at 5 o'clock. He had been very low with heart trouble all winter and the end was not unexpected. Deceased was a member of the town council and a strong upholder of our little village. Charles Renfro from Iowa was called here to the bed of his father.
